Returns Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 07 days of confirmed delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition

  • Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items (unless received defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no inconvenience to you.

Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return:

Refunds

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service for our international clientele, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase for a refund and placing a new order.

Mordano Brand proudly ships worldwide. While our craftsmanship and fulfillment operations are based in Pakistan, the brand is officially registered in the United States of America.

For international shipments:
